Simply, the ingredients. Most traditional toothpastes use synthetic ingredients: SLS, artificial sweeteners, and preservatives. Natural toothpaste is made with naturally derived alternatives: plant extracts, essential oils, and minerals. They’re just as effective, without leaving a bad taste in your mouth.

Maybe we’re biased, but we think it’s the best. Since we make our toothpaste with natural ingredients and no chemicals, it’s gentle on even i-can’t-drink-iced-water-without-wincing levels of sensitive teeth.

Yes, yes, and yes. We don’t test on animals and we never will. We’re here to support everyone with good taste, including vegans. And some of our best friends are coeliac, so we made sure our toothpaste works for them too.

Both our tubes and our boxes are recyclable. To properly dispose of the tube, cut off the end, rinse out leftover toothpaste on the inside, then pop both the tube and lid into your recycling bin.

1. YOUR TUBE IS FAULTY OR BROKEN.

1.1 Nobody likes a faulty product, feel rest assured that this is extremely rare, however, it does happen from time to time. Please email us at brush@tastebudstoothpaste.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll look into this for you. For us to resolve your issue quickly, please provide your original order number and a description or video/picture of the fault.

21. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We can only accept returns on toothpaste when the item is faulty or in exceptional circumstances.

2. YOU'VE RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER

2.1 If you’ve received the wrong order, let us know by emailing brush@tastebudstoothpaste.com. If possible, attach a photo of the incorrect order you have received and state the item that’s missing and your original order number.
